A smart system to track and protect children at Mansoura University

Prof/ Mohamed Kenawy - President of Mansoura University and prof/ Ashraf Abdel Basset - Vice President for Education and Students affairs, received the researcher/ Sara Abdellatif Mohamed - a researcher at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences to present the latest achievements of her project" Smart System to Monitor Kids"
During the meeting, the researcher presented the main objective of the project, which is a bracelet for kids with an electronic security system to monitor the kids by sending the kid's location through a mobile phone apps, accurately locating the kid and sending a distress signal to the parents in case the kid is out of range.
The new system also helping to protect cars from theft by connecting the electronic piece to the mobile device via WiFi to send the recorded coordinates through the laptop WiFi and the application on the mobile phone.
