The First International Conference of Food Safety and Human Health at Mansoura University
launching the activities of the 1st International Conference of "Food Safety and Human Health", organized by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine - Mansoura University in collaboration with Hanover University for Veterinary Medicine – Germany.
The conference held from 16 to 17 April 2018 at Dr. El Mahdy El Basousy Hall - Children's Hospital
In the presence of prof/ Mohamed Kenawy - President of Mansoura University, Prof/ Ashraf Swailam - Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Prof/ Ashraf Abdel Basset - Vice President for Education and Students, Prof/ Nabil Abu Haikal- Dean of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and Prof/ Adel Abdul Khaliq - Head of Food Control Department, and Director of Safety and Health of Food Program.
On the German side, prof/ Roman Lukscheiter- Director of German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Prof/ Joseph Camfos - President of the Institute of Animal Feeding, prof/ Amer Abd Almujod - Professor of Quality and Safety of Food, prof/ Andrea Becker - Researcher at the Institute for Quality and Safety of Food.
The conference aims at raising and improving food safety from the beginning of the food chain from farm to table.
The conference was attended by speakers from different universities and research institutes in Egypt, Arab countries and speakers from Hanover University for Veterinary Medicine, Germany.
