Mansoura University is Granted ISO 9001:2015 Certification

In the framework of Egypt's vision 2030 and the state's goal to raise the efficiency of the administrative system, and Mansoura University's pursuit towards leaderships, and local and international scientific leadership as well as applying the international criteria such as, the strategic plan of ISO 9001:2015 for the administrative system via fulfilling the training plan of the Quality Assurance Center and performance evaluation at the University, ARTAC Company, the Internal Review team at the administration building of the university and other administrations to develop and update the mechanisms of work. Moreover, the steps were taken to qualify the administrative system at the University to apply the criteria of ISO 9001:2015. Thus, on Tuesday 9^th February 2021, ISO QAR company that grants ISO 9001:2015 Certification and accredited by UKAS reviewed externally all the administrations at the administration building of Mansoura University      (29 administrations) with total (63) work systems. The General Administration of Mansoura University was granted ISO 9001:2015 as a result of the final revision. The company confirmed that the general administration follows the criteria of ISO certification.

Prof. Ashraf Abdel-Basset, President of the University praised the efforts of all employees at the University in order to receive ISO Certification through a long period of continuous work, especially during COVID-19 Pandemic, and this step is considered an important one to reach an accredited University. The Engineer/ Mohamed Hagag, the representative of ISO QAR Company confirmed that Mansoura University is well-known for its good reputation locally and internationally. Besides, the University was seeking in the last period of time to apply the criteria of ISO, develop the performance of the administrative system, apply methods of evaluation, and use the electronic programs effectively in fulfilling the tasks among the team work.
