The most prominent topics of Mansoura University Council for May 2024

The Council of Mansoura University held its session No. (611) on May 27, 2024, under the chairmanship of Prof. Cherif Youssef Khater, President of Mansoura University, to discuss topics of interest to university affairs. The most prominent of which are:

Launching the "Dakahlia Without Illiteracy" initiative to eradicate illiteracy in Dakahlia Governorate and follow up on those who have been eradicated in terms of literacy skills, life skills and digital literacy.

Emphasizing the need to quickly complete the exams correction and announce the results, especially the final grades, before the end of July.

The Council agreed to conclude a number of cooperation protocols and memorandum of understanding: signing a cooperation protocol between the university represented by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries, a cooperation protocol between the university and the University of Naples Federico II in Italy, a cooperation protocol between the university represented by the Faculty of Medicine and MED-El Egypt Limited - in the professional diploma in cochlear implant surgery, The protocol of cooperation between the university represented by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and the Aquatic Medicine Program at the University of Michigan in Michigan - USA, renewed the memorandum of understanding and joint cooperation between the Faculty of Pharmacy at the university and the Kyushu Institute of Technology in Japan, Signing a memorandum of understanding between the university and Abu Dhabi University in the UAE.

The Council approved the granting of scientific titles and appointments (14 professors – 18 assistant professors – 15 lecturers).
