Under the patronage of Prof. Cherif Khater, President of Mansoura University, The 2nd  Employment Forum for Students and Graduates of the Faculty of Education

The Faculty of Education organized the 2nd employment forum for its students and graduates. The forum was held under the patronage of Prof. Cherif Khater, President of the University, Prof. Mohamed Attia, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and Prof. Mohamed Abdel Azim, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, Prof. Ali Abd Rabbo Hussein, Dean of the Faculty of Education, and supervised by Prof. Abdullah Ali Abu Shabana, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development, and Prof. Ibrahim El-Sayed, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs.

The forum was attended by Eng. Mohamed El-Marshady, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Dakahlia, faculty members, and a large number of students and graduates.

The forum was organized as part of the university's commitment to enhancing employment opportunities for its students and graduates and connecting them to the labor market through interactive platforms that bring together educational institutions and various professional sectors. This contributes to achieving the university's vision to support sustainable development and enhance graduate efficiency.

The forum witnessed active attendance and participation from the Dakahlia Governorate Education Directorate, along with a number of international and private schools in the governorate.

The forum was accompanied by a job fair, where each school showcased its capabilities and the training and job opportunities it offers to the college's students and graduates.

Prof. Ali Abd Rabbo said that the forum represents a practical step toward activating the college's societal role and reflects its commitment to preparing students for the labor market by providing real training and employment opportunities. He highlighted the importance of integrating roles between the faculty and private educational institutions to enhance the quality of education and connect it to professional realities.

For his part, Prof. Abdullah Abu Shabana explained that the Faculty of Education seeks, through this forum, to build strong and sustainable bridges of communication between students and the community, based on its role in serving the surrounding environment, empowering youth, and supporting their future educational and employment opportunities.

The forum witnessed significant interaction from the faculty’s students. Discussions were opened with representatives of participating schools, and job opportunities and requirements for various teaching positions were reviewed. Direct career counseling was also provided to participating recent graduates.

At the conclusion of the forum, the faculty of Education administration expressed its appreciation to all participating and supporting entities, affirming its commitment to organizing such events that connect academic education with the needs of the labor market. This is in line with Mansoura University's efforts to promote community development and build a sustainable professional future for its students.
