During this time, the center has successfully established itself as one of the leading specialized centers in this field by developing its treatment, educational, and research services, and by continuously updating its capabilities and medical equipment to keep pace with global advancements.

The conference program included specialized scientific sessions covering various branches of ophthalmology, as well as joint sessions with the departments of rheumatology and immunology, dermatology, and plastic surgery. A session was also held to discuss the Medical Liability Law, all within the framework of strengthening cooperation between different medical specialties and benefiting from shared expertise.

The conference also dedicated two scientific sessions for young doctors, which included research presentations and clinical case discussions, providing them with an opportunity to interact directly with experts and professors and benefit from their scientific and practical experience. The conference was an extension of the Mansoura University Ophthalmology Center's 25-year journey of excellence in treatment, education, and scientific research, reflecting the center's prestigious scientific standing through a specialized scientific program and broad participation from experts and researchers, thus enhancing its role in supporting continuing medical education and keeping pace with the latest developments in the field of ophthalmology.
